Data and security

AI features run in your own AWS account where possible. Amazon Bedrock does not use your prompts or data to train models, and we apply AWS AI opt-out policies for services such as Textract. Access follows your existing permissions, and every AI action can be logged for audit. As an EU company we work under GDPR.

No. We use enterprise AI services such as Amazon Bedrock, which does not use your data for training, apply AWS AI opt-out policies for other services, and keep data in your own cloud account where possible.
