These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website artificially.io ("Site") operated by Artificially SRL ("Artificially", "we", "us"), as well as the software development, IT consulting, and digital solutions services provided by the company.

By accessing the Site or requesting our services, you accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Artificially provides professional software development services, including but not limited to: web development, mobile applications, AI/ML solutions, SaaS platforms, ERP/CRM systems, cloud infrastructure, MVP development, and IT consulting.

Each project is governed by a separate service agreement, individually negotiated, which takes precedence over these general Terms in the event of any conflict.

4. Site Usage

By using the Site, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information through the contact form.
• Not use the Site for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Not attempt to access restricted areas of the Site or our infrastructure.
• Not reproduce, copy, or distribute the content of the Site without our written consent.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials on the Site — including the design, text, images, logos, source code, and structure — are the property of Artificially SRL or its licensors and are protected by Romanian and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

Intellectual property rights over projects developed for clients are governed by the individual service agreement.

6. Quotes and Estimates

Price and time estimates communicated on the Site or during preliminary discussions are for informational purposes only and do not constitute binding offers. Final prices and conditions are established through the service agreement.

7. Confidentiality

We are committed to treating all information received from clients and prospective clients as confidential. The way we process personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

Artificially makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information on the Site. However:

• The Site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Site.
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on information found on the Site.
• Our total liability is limited in accordance with the individual service agreement.

10. Force Majeure

Artificially shall not be held liable for failure to fulfill obligations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, conflicts, government restrictions, internet infrastructure failures, or cyber attacks.

11. Amendment of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on the Site. Continued use of the Site after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute shall first be resolved amicably. If an amicable resolution is not possible, jurisdiction shall lie with the courts of Bucharest, Romania.
