Hospitality Hub — White-Label Booking Platform

One platform, multiple brands — a white-label booking system that lets Hospitality Hub run 15+ properties with independent branding from a single backend.

Industry: Hospitality

Summary

Hospitality Hub was operating multiple hotel brands with separate booking systems for each. We built a white-label SaaS platform where each brand gets its own domain, colours, logo, and email templates, while the operational team manages everything from a single dashboard. The system handles dynamic pricing, automated guest communications, integrated payments, and a cross-brand loyalty programme.

The Problem

Hospitality Hub was running separate booking systems for each hotel brand. Staff had to learn multiple platforms, there was no unified view of availability or revenue, and guest data was completely fragmented — a loyal guest at one property was a stranger at another. Every new property added more operational overhead.

Our Solution

We built a platform with one central backend handling bookings, availability, payments, and guest data. Each brand gets a fully customised "storefront" — guests booking at one brand have no idea they're using the same platform as another. The system includes dynamic pricing, automated guest communications across the full journey, secure card payments with automatic revenue splits, and a configurable cross-brand loyalty programme.

The Outcome

No-shows dropped by 60% thanks to automated reminder sequences. The operational team now manages all brands from a single dashboard. Adding a new property with full branding takes hours, not weeks. The loyalty programme is driving measurable cross-property bookings for the first time.

We built a white-label SaaS booking platform that enables Hospitality Hub to manage multiple hotel brands from a single system — each with its own domain, look, pricing, and guest experience.
