How to buy from the SEAP catalogue

1. Find the item In SEAP, under Direct purchases > E-catalogue, search for the code (for example ART-MS-01) or “Microsoft 365”.
2. Place the purchase Choose the quantity (number of users) and send the request. Below the legal threshold for direct purchases no tender is needed.
3. We activate the licences We accept the order, activate the subscriptions in your tenant (existing or new) within 2 working days and send the invoice through e-Factura.

Renewal without interruption

If you already use Microsoft 365 from another supplier, we keep the same tenant, accounts, mailboxes and files. Only the subscription supplier changes.

• You accept a reseller relationship request in the Microsoft admin centre; no data moves.
• The new subscription starts when the old one expires, with no downtime.

Are the licences official?

Yes. ARTIFICIALLY S.R.L. is a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider partner (indirect reseller) through authorised distributor ALSO Romania. Subscriptions are activated directly in your Microsoft tenant.

Can we buy directly from the SEAP catalogue?

Yes. All items are published in the SEAP e-catalogue under ART-MS codes. Direct purchase is allowed below the legal threshold in Law 98/2016.

What happens to our data when we switch supplier?

Nothing. Your tenant, accounts, mailboxes and files stay as they are; only the subscription supplier changes.

Where is our data processed?

Microsoft processes EU customer data within the EU Data Boundary. Data is not used to train AI models.

Which plan fits an institution with over 300 staff?

Business plans are for up to 300 users. For larger institutions we offer Enterprise plans (Microsoft 365 E3 or Office 365 E3) on request.

Can we pay monthly?

Catalogue prices are for 12 months. For monthly billing or large volumes, request a quote.
