- Integration with existing tools. The system syncs with the client's existing document storage, so adoption didn't require changing how people work. Documents filed in the old system are automatically classified and indexed. New documents can be added through the web interface, mobile app, or by simply saving to a synced folder

The day-to-day experience is straightforward:
- A field inspector photographs a document with the mobile app — it's classified and filed within seconds
- An office manager uploads a batch of scanned documents — each one is automatically categorised without any manual input
- A property manager searches for "fire safety inspection Building C" and finds the document instantly, with the relevant sections highlighted
- The system sends automatic alerts when certificates or permits are approaching their expiry date
When the AI isn't confident about a classification, it flags the document for human review with its best suggestions. Over time, the system learns from these corrections and gets more accurate.
